Help needed explaining to woman that she needs to leave (Athens)
compensation:$100 guaranteed plus and extra $50 if she actually leaves.

I have a woman who has been living in my home for almost a year. I don't want her here and I tell her such every single day. She actively ignores all good advice on how to get her life back in order. She is definitely on the spectrum and probably has numerous other issues. I am at my wits end and I don't wish to have to evict her as it would be the second eviction on her record in less than a year and I'd hope for her to peacefully move on.
I am looking for someone who can calmly explain to her the situation that she is in and that she needs to leave. Someone with acting, psychology, and or counseling experience is needed as well as experience with dealing with high-functioning autism.
This is a one time deal and shouldn't take more than hour, probably less.
