It is a two bedroom townhouse on Pomeroy and rent is $575 plus utilities. 6 minute drive to downtown, free parking lot in front, washer and dryer in unit, central ac, balcony attached to bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. I already have furniture but would be happily willing to change it!
