Hello fellow musicians, I play tenor sax, but also alto at times, and I have about 25 years of playing experience. I've been out of the music scene for a few years now, but would like to jump back in after some practice and working wayyy too much on the house, etc. I enjoy improv the best (point and play), but I can read music halfway decent along with transposing it if helps out. I've been in a lot of different types of bands over the years--blues, rock, funk, jazz, standards, wedding, polka, country, and big band. I'm pretty much open to any kind of music, but I do prefer the blues-rock the best. I play a little guitar and piano, but mainly basic chords. I'm sure I can improv with a little more practice on those instruments. I don't have a problem singing if the opportunity arises, but I could also just sit back and jam on the sax, etc. Ideally, I'd like to play a couple times a month, but I kind of go with the flow. Thanks for reading, keep jamming, and I look forward to chatting with you, Chuck
