We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Mortgage Field Inspectors and Insurance Surveyors to join our team as independent 1099 contractors.
Job Overview:
Perform mortgage field inspections on behalf of mortgage companies, banks, and investors.
Complete State Farm Insurance home surveys for policy renewals (verify property condition, updates, and safety features).
Document property condition, occupancy status, and any damages.
Capture clear, detailed photos and submit reports through our system.
Must complete inspections by assigned deadlines.
Compensation:
Paid per inspection/survey (rate depends on type and complexity).
Flexible volume of work depending on coverage area and performance.
Requirements:
Must be able to cover all of South East Ohio Region and surrounding areas
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
Smartphone with camera and ability to use mobile apps.
Printer and internet access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Prior inspection or property survey experience a plus (training available).
Contract Type:
1099 Independent Contractor (you set your own schedule, paid per completed inspection/survey).
