This is field-based work in your local area — ideal for reliable self-starters who can meet deadlines and submit clean, accurate reports.
Job tasks:
Drive to assigned properties for exterior inspections
Take required photos
Submit reports/photos through InspectorADE
Deadline-focused work (often 24–48 hours)
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle and ability to drive locally
Smartphone with a quality camera + GPS
Comfortable using apps/web platforms (InspectorADE)
ShieldHub background check required (active or willing to obtain)
Professional communication (door knocks may be required)
Preferred (not required): mortgage field inspection, property preservation, real estate/insurance inspections, or similar field services.
Pay: Per inspection (varies). Monthly direct deposit.
