4.5HP F Series Lawn Boy Engine
Completely mechanically revived. Has been in our care and used annually for 6 years, but it is time for it to find a new home.
We went through the unit mechanically and revived it in 2020. It starts on the first pull every time and is a joy to operate. Services performed in the last 25 hours:
-R+R engine, resealed crankcase
-Replaced upper and lower crank seals
-Installed NOS muffler
-Rebuilt carburetor
-Replaced ignition coil
-Repaired tank shutoff valve
-Installed new primer bulb
-Adjusted high idle RPM
-Installed hour meter/tachometer
-Engine brake delete, push button shut off modification (experienced users only)
-Cleaned and repacked transmission
-Replaced mower blade and fan
-Replaced drive belt
-Replaced drive cable
-New commercial steel front and rear wheels
This is a solid worker and will not disappoint.
