The kit here today was born out of my own experience. Too poor to get a bankruptcy lawyer, so I went about tackling the daunting task of filing bankruptcy on my own.
You “can” do it, but there are 2 massive steps-
1st- spend numerous hours trying to familiarize yourself with the process that is this maze.
2nd- then (hopefully), file the massive amount of paperwork it requires…correctly.
You can google search and watch random Youtube videos. But there is no complete kit anywhere online that takes you through THE ENTIRE process, from start to finish.
No one place that:
- Gives you all the forms
- Gives you a step-by-step walk-thru of the entire process
- Gives you a detailed tutorial of all the items required and many other tools you may need on this journey
- Gives you a “hey, stop and look at this- here are where mistakes are made,” for all the things you didn’t know you didn’t know. And the costly mistakes that can come from them.
The most important takeaway is- if you want to do this, you will need some sort of system to manage this massive filing.

The introductory price for this kit is $50.
It will arrive via google drive cloud link, which is fully downloadable. It is “highly recommended” this be done on a desktop PC or laptop. Please don’t be that insane- do NOT attempt this filing on your phone.
The transaction will originate with PayPal Business, along with all the associated protections for buyers and sellers. It will include in the portal, options to pay with a myriad of other payment apps and systems.

A 3-minute overview-video of the kit can be found here:
Shoot me a reply message. Let me know if you have any additional questions. I’ll send you a PayPal link for payment. Upon completion of payment, you'll be automatically directed to a cloud-link to access and download the kit.
*** FAQ***
Okay, so this is one-of-a-kind?
A quick answer is another question- find a service like this anywhere else online?
The longer answer is-
I’ve found places online that’ll sell you all the forms you need (just “improved” PDF’s) for 100 bucks.
There is that one Upsolve website that claims is free. However, playing with the “screener” you have to take- it only accepts the absolute simplest of circumstances with unsecured debt (like credit cards). If you have anything else even slightly more complicated than the thee most basic case, the screener just kicks you to a law firm they recommend.
There are a handful of professional document preparation servicers that will do bankruptcy claims. They charge between $250-500 give or take. And you still, have to get them the tons of info they will need.
- So, there are places for forms.
- Places for services.
- And Youtube for how-to videos, which vary wildly on quality and helpfulness.
This kit, for only 100 bucks…gives you all 3 of these and more. The walk-through video blends them together, as it takes you through the entire process.
What are the files?
The files are PDF, Word, Excel, JPG, and Mp4 files. The total documents side is 25mb. The size of the kit, with all video files is 950mb. If you want, you are able to go into the cloud and choose which folders and files to download at any time.
Can this be used to file in other jurisdictions?
It can. All the forms required to file are federal. However, each district has its own share of court-specific "local forms" you must file. They vary depending on the district. I am looking at adding those forms for other districts in the near future. And you can also look them up and complete on your own. There are usually just a few.
Is this just for Chapter 7?
The kit does include all the materials for the initial filing for Chapter 13 as well. However, the tutorial “I” provide is only a walk-through for Chapter 7.
Can this help me address an eviction/repossession?
It’s a great question- and it can, depending on your situation. In my situation, I was facing a surprise out-of-nowhere, sheriff’s auction of my home, coming in 2 weeks flat. Frantically researching, I learned the only way to stop (pause) it, was to declare bankruptcy.
Upon making your initial filing - a "stay order" is created, which applies to all your applicable creditors. I was able to then take that document and get the auction stopped. To be clear, this is not a cure-all, only a temporary patch. But it can buy you priceless time you may not otherwise have had, and which (especially in my case) could make all the difference in the world.
Speaking of time, what if it’s imminent and I’ve got a serious time crunch?
You only need to complete a few forms in order to make your initial filing, so you can get that valuable stay order. Once you have it, it will stay pending items to which it is applicable. With that pause button hit, you can then work to complete the remaining forms, as well as potentially work with creditors on a solution.
But I need the money to file upfront, right?
No, that’s the other great relief. You do NOT. You can file the 103A-form to set up future payments, going out up to 120-days into the future. Or, you can file the 103B-form, and request of the judge, for your filing fee to be waived. Whether they grant it or not is solely their purview.
Either way, if you need to file a claim asap and urgent, it doesn’t have to cost you anything BUT THE TIME AND EFFORT TO COMPLETE THE FORMS AND FILE THEM.
What if I have a more complicated case?
What if I was considering getting an attorney later?
The answer will be the same for both these questions-
The truth is, after giving a retainer to a bankruptcy attorney, they are going to turn around and request numerous pieces of information from you. Attorney or not - this is a large body of work you are going to have to gather either way. Because, they need that same personal info from you to file, just like you would be doing it yourself. Being required, they’ll need it gathered to do their work either way. But once you’ve gathered it- it’s really just a matter of entering that data. That’s it.
The difference is- they’re simply just going to have some admin in their office making like 20 bucks an hour, take all that info you just spent all that time and effort to get, and enter it in…just like you would.
There’s a good amount of admin hours upfront to file the paperwork, but very few "lawyer hours" required, other than say, a sit-down and review of your case. Having those basic first-steps done, means the firm isn’t soaking up all the billable hours of that retainer on paperwork admin BS. Do it yourself and it’s more hours to go towards the far more important items that require the law skills. That would be the argument anyways.
So, who the heck are you?
In short, I’m just a guy who spent hundreds of hours learning and dealing with this process myself. Several friends asked for me help with their own bankruptcy filings, and so I created these kits for them. Having to simply follow a good and well-defined path, instead of having that massive learning-curve first, allowed them to complete their filings in a fraction of the time. I realized such a kit could be hugely useful to others.
I’m an industrial-engineer by trade, but also thankfully an MBA that helped me figure out all this stuff out. But I’m also someone who fell on hard times. I had never planned on claiming bankruptcy. But once faced with losing my home, I had no choice.
But I also had no money, including to hire a lawyer. So I thought- ok, I’m smart, I’m hard-working, I’ll figure it out. This was much easier said than done, of course. But it was doable in the end and I did.
And so, I made this kit. It’s designed for others that might be in a similar situation. All I can say is, I wish I knew all this stuff when I started out.
