I am seeking a subleaser for winter and spring quarters of the 09-10 school year. The apartment is a four bedroom, four bath--yes, that means a PRIVATE BATHROOM for the potential subleaser--at University Courtyard apartments. Rent is $640 a month, and includes all utilities: internet, cable, water, electric, heat. There is a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the apartment. There is also an exercise facility and a pool at the apartment complex clubhouse. University Courtyard is within walking distance of campus, and also provides bus service for those who'd rather get a ride.
I would be more than willing to provide the quarterly bus pass and/or pay part of the rent--I am transferring to another school and cannot afford double rent. The lease expires in June, so no need to worry about taking on summer months. I am looking for response as soon as possible. Thanks!
