Hello-
I am looking to move out of my house and into my girlfriends house. I am currently living with one female roommate and a friendly cat. Driveway parking is available and there is a gas station, post office and laundry mat all within a thirty second walk. 10 minute walk from campus. I pay $400 rent plus utilities (water,gas,electric, internet) there. I am looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease or just sublease for winter and or spring. I am willing to negotiate price and utilities.. so do not be afraid to ask. Your living quarters would consist of a shared kitchen bathroom and family room. The bedroom is not very big but it is livable. I can leave my desk, dresser and bed in there if needed or I can get all my crap out of the room.
