Looking for a place to live January through June? I'm a senior at Ohio University graduating soon and am looking for someone to sublet my room winter and spring quarters. The apartment is a two room townhouse (two floors) in Mill Street Village.
Rent is $500/month. This includes ALL utilities, cable and internet. I can negotiate on rent as long as the amount you offer is reasonable--I'm a poor college kid, too.
The apartment is great--big, relatively quiet and recently remodeled. The complex has a free bus service, but it's not that far away from campus, so you can walk anywhere you need to go. It also backs up to the bike trail.
