The house is located off the road so pet safety is not a concern. The house has ample outside parking. It also has on-site laundry, spacious kitchen, hardwood floors, sky lights, wireless internet, a large TV common area, a common study/sitting area, and a common eating area, new carpeting, and satellite TV access in every room optional. It would be a 1 year lease commencing in August 2009. Wonderful area for gardening. To accomplish that only the serious, respectful applicants need respond. A $300, non refundable deposit will hold your space until the lease agreement can be finalized. That will be applied to your first months rent.
