I would prefer to live somewhere temporarily and not sign a year long lease, preferably from January to June-August. I would be happy to take over someone's lease for that time period. I do not watch television, so I would not want to split a cable bill, but expect to split an internet bill, along with the utilities. I do not want to spend more than fifty dollars for my share of the utilities. In other words, I cannot spend more than $350.00 total on rent and utilities. I am currently seeking employment, but have enough money to pay for rent until August at that price if need be.

I own a house on the West Coast and have owned rental property there for the last six years, so I understand the trials of landlordship. Thus, I am ridiculously clean, respectful and go the extra mile to be a good tenant (examples: volunteer to do yard work, take care of my own minor fix-its, etc.) I'm a hard-working, non-smoking student, a good neighbor, and will take care of your home like it is my own.

In a perfect world, your home would be on the East side, possibly walking distance to campus, and maybe have a garage or off-street parking. (None of these are prerequisites, just 'ideals.') Your home could be furnished or unfurnished (the latter is most preferable, but I can be flexible) and have a washer/dryer on site.

The only hiccup you may have with me is that I have a small (10-pound) dog. However, I am a responsible pet-owner and am willing to pay a pet deposit.

Please email me with pictures and details. I would love to have housing locked up before spring quarter to ease the burden for both of us. Thank you for your consideration.

P.S. -- I am also open to a "share" situation with the right person, right place and right pice.
